At Performance Podiatry & Physiotherapy, we understand that when you’re injured or in pain, you want to return to sport or work pain-free quickly.

We are a multidisciplinary clinic offering podiatry, physiotherapy and sports dietetics in West End – just 5 minutes from the Brisbane CBD.

All of our clinicians are highly skilled and experienced. Our podiatrists, physiotherapists and sports dietitians have presented at conferences, published in medical journals and lectured at university.

Kent graduated from QUT in 2004 with first class honours.  During his studies, he was awarded the Leonard K Claxton award for excellence in clinical studies and the Texas Peak Brooks award for sports medicine.  He has worked predominantly in private practice since graduating with a clinical interest in tendinopathies and sports medicine.  He also worked at the School of Medicine, Griffith University, conducting research into treatments for Achilles tendon pain for 4 years.  Kent was awarded for this work at the national Sports Medicine Australia conference in 2008 with the Asics award for the best new investigator (lower limb).  He has published his work in international peer-reviewed medical journals and presented at conferences both locally and internationally.  Kent is a contributor to Bruckner and Khan’s “Clinical Sports Medicine” textbook.  He is the current president of the Australasian Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine.  Together with his brother, Kent owns both Performance Podiatry & Physiotherapy and Queensland Orthotic Laboratory.
