Who can join

The Academy offers membership to all Podiatrists and Students of Podiatry who are financial members of an Australian Podiatry Association or its recognised overseas equivalent.

Membership Classifications

  • Student - any student currently undertaking a Board recognised course and holding student membership of an Association member of the Australasian Podiatry Association.
  • Member - a registered Podiatrist who is interested in and studying podiatric sports medicine, and is entitled to be examined by the Board of Trustees.
  • Fellow (currently under review) - has successfully completed the Academy’s educational Fellowship requirements and submitted evidence of fulfilling all other requirements as the Board of Trustees may from time to time determine.
